Product Representation

KIRIN SCENT is an artisanal scent system. We strive for absolute accuracy in our visual representation; however, slight variations in texture or material finish may occur due to the nature of our manufacturing process. We define these as unique characteristics, not defects.

Purchase & Payment

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. Prices are subject to change. Secure payments are processed through encrypted third-party gateways.

Limitation of Liability

KIRIN is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products or website. Our fragrance systems are designed for static car environments; use outside of these parameters is at the user's own risk.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved within this jurisdiction.
